Seller payouts

Check your agreement before publishing

The live listing preview shows your base ticket total, the buyer-facing price, your seller service fee and You receive. Confirm those amounts before publishing.

Existing listings retain their agreed fees. In Edit Listing, choose Review and apply the current pricing agreement only if you want to adopt the current available rates. Changing settings never changes an existing paid order.

How split pricing works

Both fees use your base ticket price—not the buyer-marked-up total. The buyer price already includes the buyer service fee; it is not added again at checkout. Gateway costs are absorbed within Ticketnation's service revenue. Any available delivery charge is disclosed separately.

Example only when a 7.5% buyer / 7.5% seller agreement applies:

ComponentOne ticket
Your base price₱1,000
Buyer service fee, included₱75
Buyer ticket payment₱1,075
Seller service fee₱75
You receive₱925

New split-pricing agreements use whole-peso base prices. Each fee rounds per ticket to the nearest peso, half-up, before multiplying by quantity. At a ₱999 base and the example rates, two tickets cost the buyer ₱2,148 and yield seller proceeds of ₱1,848.

An old listing without a new agreement retains its original seller-only 15% calculation. Use the live preview; do not apply the new rounding to an old sale.

When funds become available

Buyer payment starts in escrow. Complete delivery, then follow receipt confirmation and the applicable clearance process. Check your order and wallet status before requesting withdrawal. This pricing change does not add an express-payout product, volume discount, or early-release fee.

If the buyer has an issue, ask them to contact support before confirming receipt. Do not promise a fixed bank-processing time from this guide.

Refunds and corrections

An approved full new-policy ticket refund includes the buyer's embedded service fee. The saved order agreement determines the amounts; today's pricing settings do not.

Escrowed seller funds are held rather than released. If proceeds were already credited or withdrawn, the refund adjustment can debit the seller wallet, including below zero. Repeated refund notifications must not debit it twice. Partial refunds for new-policy orders require manual review and are not automatically treated as a full seller reversal.
